(1) How can I be sure the watches are authentic?
Watch Brokers only purchase a watch once we are FULLY satisfied of its authenticity and history. In addition to this, our watchmaker inspects every watch to ensure that it is in full working order.
(2) Can I see the watch before I buy it?
Watch Brokers understand that when buying an item of this nature, our customers sometimes like to see exactly what they are buying before making payment. This is why we are more than happy to meet our clients in person to exchange.
(3) What happens if I receive the watch and I am not satisfied?
Watch Brokers likes all our clients to be 100% happy with their watch. If for any reason whatsoever this is not the case, we offer a FULL refund within seven days of purchase NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
As long as the watch is in the same order as when it was sold, we are more than happy to exchange it or refund your money in full.
(4) Do all the watches have original boxes and paperwork?
Watch Brokers prefer to buy watches with the original box and paperwork and in some cases our watches come with both. We would like to stress however that if we advertise a watch without the above, the watch will have been verified by an agent of the manufacturer before purchase.
(5) How will I know if the watch will fit my wrist size?
Some pre owned watches have links removed by their original owners. If this is the case, and extra links are required by you, we can always obtain and fit any required links before purchase.
(6) Can you supply new watches as well as pre owned?
Yes, we have accounts with several reputable suppliers and are able to source almost any new swiss watch with a generous discount off the list price.
(7) Is it safe to buy an item like this over the Internet?
The Internet is fast becoming a way of life for today’s consumer. Whilst most pre owned watch sites are perfectly safe and above board, it is still wise to take certain precautions before making your purchase.
(1) Always make sure that you can get a registered business address from the vendor.
(2) Ask if it’s ok to see the watch before you buy.
(3) Check to see how long the company has been established.
(4) Ensure that any credit card payment you make goes through a secure server with a reputable merchant account.
