(1) These conditions govern all contracts made by Watch Brokers (herein after called The Vendor).
(2) English Law shall govern any disputes arising out of the sale of any items referred to in the catalogue of The Vendor.
(3) All orders are accepted on the basis that payment is made prior to the delivery of the item by The Vendor.
(4) All watches offered for sale are in working order unless otherwise stated. Please study the full description of the item to check its features and condition.
(5) IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR WATCH SEND IT BACK STRAIGHT AWAY FOR A FULL REFUND - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
(6) All watches are covered with a 12 month guarantee by The Vendor.
Insurance: All items sent to you are insured in transit by us. If you need to send or return anything to us, you should arrange to cover them under your own insurance.
(7) In Accordance with U.K Banking Laws, Watch Brokers cannot accept Cash Payments above £9000.00.
(8) All Watches are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and are Insured to their Full Value with Guaranteed Next Day Delivery within the U.K Monday to Saturday.
